Phoenix since 1976. We are a 10 person architectural and planning

of projects: "The Met" Apartments located in Phoenix at
the Arizona Center; Legacy Park located at Metro Center in
Phoenix; "High Desert" located at DC Ranch in North Scottsdale,
The Sedona Hampton Inn and Sierra Foothills located at 44th
Street and Ray Road near Chandler Arizona. The Gateway

Handicapped; Single Family Homes; Student Housing; Wickenburg
Town Hall; as well as many unique owner/use specific projects.
As leaders in computer
design and drawing, Whitneybell Perry Inc generates
their architectural construction documents by computer. These
clear, precise computer drawings and details have had a very
positive effect on subcontractors and their bids. Consistency
in document quality and the computer's ability to make quick,
accurate changes has helped us to meet our schedules and everyone's
goal of achieving a successful project.
Our CAD department
consists of state of the art workstations. All
of our users have full time Internet and instant email access
through a cable modem.
Principals and Project Managers are immediately notified of any incoming e-mail messages
for a quick response of critical items. This provides our
consultants and clients with another method of communication
eliminating the problem of "phone tag" and same day delivery
charges.
Our design team
is large enough to respond quickly to your needs, but we are
also of a size that enables you to receive the continuous
personal attention of the Principals.
"According to
our strength of character and our clarity of vision we will
endure, we will succeed, we will have contributed something
to make life where we were and as we lived it better, brighter,
and more beautiful."
Frank
Lloyd Wright
Frank Lloyd Wright's
words eloquently describe our goals. We regard our building
projects not as our own personal exercise in self-expression,
but rather as our opportunity to provide the finest of form,
function, economy, quality and aesthetics to meet our clients'
goals.
